Shipping Information

Processing Times:

 Standard orders are processed within 7-10 business days.

 Pre-order items, such as the Afro Anime Tarot Anniversary Deck, will begin fulfillment on their designated release dates (e.g., February 14, 2025).

Shipping Rates & Times:

Domestic shipping typically takes up to 10 business days depending on your location.

International orders may take 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on customs and postal service delays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking Information:

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the spiritual and collectible nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we want you to love your purchase and will gladly assist with damaged or defective items.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at afroanimetarot@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

 Your order number

Photos of the damage or defect

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement if eligible.

Order Cancellations:

 Pre-orders and digital tool purchases cannot typically be canceled or refunded.

Standard orders may be canceled if requested before shipment.
